Remedy |
| Ultraflex water valve will not cycle |
After confirming all water is properly routed to the valve, check to see that all the power connectors are
secure and intact at the source. |

1. Make sure GFI is not tripped. Next, check connector of the electrical cable at the control panel and at
the water valve. |
|
2. Make sure indicator light for the water valve comes on when rotating. |
|
3. Make sure valve is not in pause mode. |
|
4. Check pressure switch wiring connections. |
|
|
| Pressures lower than normal |
1. Backwash filters, check screens or pump baskets |
|
2. Make sure all manual auxiliary lines in the system are closed. |
|
3. O-rings leaking are worn at indexing tee - replace. |
|
|
| Two ports emitting water at the same time |
Evidenced by observing increased pressures at the begining of index. |
|
|
| Valve will not cycle |
1. Check connections at control panel and at valve. |
|
2. Confirm proper schematic connections and secure connections. |
|
|
| Valve does not pause on an outlet port |
1. Valve cover not in palce |
|
2. Sensor defective or damaged - replace |
|
|
| Valve leaking around motor shaft |
1. Replace shaft seal |
|
|
| Water in valve box |
1. Top plate not tight - Retighten or replace body o-ring |
|
2. Shaft seal leaking - Replace |
|
|
| Fan does not run |
1. Only runs when valve is rotating and valve cover is in place. |
