Dear Tom,

It is hard to believe it has been almost a year since completion of our pool and spa.  I want to thank you and your colleagues at Design Pool and Spa for the amazing project you have created.

You will recall that this was a very challenging project.  Our back yard was an unusable, very wet hilliside that required considerable excavation.  I remember when we first met to take a look at the scope of the project and you immediately had fantastic ideas how this could actually be done.  We wanted to create a natural style design that would have a s pond-like appearance while at the same time creating a very usable back yard space.  In addition, we wanted a waterfall cascading over a retaining wall into the pool.  You immediately had great ideas that were put down on paper and you worked with us to create exactly the look we were trying to achieve.  The blueprint design you came up with was amazing.

From there we started construction which I am sure was a far more complex project than many because it involved careful excavation and coordination with the landscape company.  This was done with apparent ease and watching the project come to fruition was amazing.  All of your colleagues at Design Pool and Spa were great to work with.  They were professional, fun to work with and masterful in their craft.  The quality of the products used is alos outstanding.  The tile, on the spa and the finish of the pool compliment the project perfectly.

When the project was completed - we were amazed.  It is of a quality one would usually think is reserved for the finest resorts.  Yet it is in our back yard.  Iti is a wonderful destination that we will enjoy for many years to come.  We can't wait for the pool to be uncovered this spring so we can once again enjoy the tranquility of our very own back yard resort.  We truly thank you and your colleagues for transforming our back yard into a wonderful outdoor destination.
