NOTICE: 2010 ADA Standards: All public facilities must ensure that individuals with disabilities are able to access swimming pools and spas.
As of March 15, 2012 compliance is required for every newly constructed pool/spa or altered pool/spa.
In addition to that, all Public facilities should have a readily achievable plan in place to comply with 2010 ADA standards.
