Design Pool and Spa installed our pool in 1993 and we have used them to open, close and service our pool since installation. After more than 20 years, we chose to upgrade the surface of our pool to the newer quarts pebble finish. They did a wonderful job of resurfacing the pool. Their service is the best and they stand behind the equipment they install 100%. Their staff is friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend Design Pool and Spa to anyone who expects the best pool and service.

We made the mistake of thinking we could do our pool openings and closing cheaper and went with another service for a couple of years. During that time the caretaker cleaning system never worked right, although we didn't realize it, having never had a pool before. We finally started using Design Pool to make some repairs the other guy couldn't do, and found out he hadn't been setting up the caretaker system properly. Now that Design Pool does our openings and closings, the pool stays amazingly clean and we don't have any problems.

By the way, Design Pool built our pool (before our time), and it's beautiful!
